Can I upgrade my license later?
Yes! You can upgrade from Slave to Master at any time. You only pay the difference between the plans.
Is the license tied to my computer?
Yes, licenses are hardware-bound for security. However, we offer license transfers if you change your computer. Contact support for assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for larger orders. All payments are processed securely.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our product, we generally don't offer refunds after license activation. Please contact us before purchase if you have questions.
What does "lifetime updates" mean?
Once you purchase a license, you'll receive all future software updates at no additional cost. New protocols and features are added regularly.
How do slave licenses work?
Master license holders can distribute slave licenses to team members or customers. Slaves can only flash files provided by the master, not create their own.
