How it works

Flash your Loncin in four steps

  1. 01

    Connect

Plug your interface into the diagnostic port, or wire the ECU on the bench with the diagram from your account.

  2. 02

    Read & back up

MotoFlasher identifies the ECU and reads the full flash. Keep that original file: it is your way back.

  3. 03

    Tune

Edit fuel, ignition, limiters and the other maps in your tuning editor, or load a file from your tuner.

  4. 04

    Write

MotoFlasher corrects the checksum and writes the file back. Start the bike and ride.

Why flash a Loncin XWolf?

The XWolf quads run Bosch engine management with a calibration written for emission tests: lean at small throttle openings and soft at low speed. A reflash smooths the throttle for technical riding, corrects the fuelling for an exhaust or intake change and lets you set the limits.

Loncin ECU families

  • Bosch MSE8.0: the XWolf 550L (2024 onwards).
  • Bosch MSE6.0: the XWolf 700L (2025).

Both are read and written through the diagnostic connector with a Tactrix OpenPort 2.0 or CANable.

Flashing a Loncin XWolf, step by step

  1. Keep the battery on a charger.
  2. Connect a Tactrix OpenPort 2.0 or CANable to the diagnostic connector.
  3. Read the ECU and save the original file.
  4. Edit the maps or load the file from your tuner.
  5. Write it back. MotoFlasher corrects the checksum.
