Flash je QJ Motor-motor in vier stappen

  1. 01

    Aansluiten

    Sluit je interface aan op de diagnosepoort, of bedraad de ECU op de werkbank met het schema uit je account.

  2. 02

    Uitlezen en back-up maken

    MotoFlasher herkent de ECU en leest de volledige flash uit. Bewaar dat originele bestand: het is je weg terug.

  3. 03

    Tunen

    Pas brandstof, ontsteking, begrenzers en de andere maps aan in je tuning-editor, of laad een bestand van je tuner.

  4. 04

    Schrijven

    MotoFlasher corrigeert de checksum en schrijft het bestand terug. Start de motor en rij.

Why flash a QJ Motor ECU?

QJ Motor’s adventure bikes, sport bikes and scooters all run Bosch engine management with factory maps written for emission tests. Flashing the ECU lets you smooth part-throttle fuelling, match the map to an exhaust and set limits for your riding.

QJ Motor ECU families

  • Bosch MSE6.0: the SRT 700 X, SRT 550 SX and GS 400 RR.
  • Bosch MSE8.0: the Fort 350 and Fort 4.0, ATR 160, AX 200 S and VPS 125.
  • Bosch MSE9.0: the 2026 SRK 421 RR, read on the bench and written over OBD.

Flashing a QJ Motor, step by step

  1. Keep the battery on a charger.
  2. Connect a Tactrix OpenPort 2.0 or CANable to the diagnostic connector.
  3. Read the ECU and save the original file.
  4. Edit the maps or load the file from your tuner.
  5. Write it back. MotoFlasher corrects the checksum.
