    Conectar

    Conecte sua interface à porta de diagnóstico ou ligue a ECU na bancada com o diagrama da sua conta.

  2. 02

    Ler e fazer backup

    O MotoFlasher identifica a ECU e lê o flash completo. Guarde esse arquivo original: é o seu caminho de volta.

  3. 03

    Ajustar

    Edite injeção, ignição, limitadores e os demais mapas no seu editor de tuning, ou carregue um arquivo do seu preparador.

  4. 04

    Gravar

    O MotoFlasher corrige o checksum e grava o arquivo de volta. Ligue a moto e pegue a estrada.

Why flash a Segway ATV or UTV?

Segway’s quads and side-by-sides run Bosch engine management with factory calibrations written for emission tests and the strictest road-legal markets. That means lean fuelling at small throttle openings, a soft response, and speed and power limits that make little sense off-road. A reflash lets you set the machine up for your terrain and your use.

Segway ECU families

  • Bosch MSE6.0: the Snarler ATV (2021 onwards).
  • Bosch MSE8.0: the AT5 S and UT6 (2024 onwards).
  • Bosch MED17: the Fugleman UT10 E (2022 onwards) and Villain SX10 X (2024 onwards).

All are read and written through the diagnostic connector with a Tactrix OpenPort 2.0 or CANable.

Flashing a Segway, step by step

  1. Keep the battery on a charger.
  2. Connect a Tactrix OpenPort 2.0 or CANable to the diagnostic connector.
  3. Read the ECU and save the original file.
  4. Edit the maps or load the file from your tuner.
  5. Write it back. MotoFlasher corrects the checksum.
